getserviceo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers. Cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Free Cancellation

• Cancellation before service confirmation: No charges
• Cancellation within allowed time window: Full refund (if applicable)

3. Partial Charges

• Cancellation after provider is assigned
• Cancellation close to service time
• Provider already on the way

In such cases, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

• Service already started or completed
• Last-minute cancellation after provider arrival

5. Provider-Initiated Cancellation

• If a provider cancels, customers are eligible for a full refund
• Alternative provider may be assigned if available

6. No-Show Policy

• If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, charges may apply
• If the provider does not show up, full refund is provided

7. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule bookings based on availability. Frequent changes may be restricted to maintain fairness.

8. Abuse & Misuse

Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform may result in account restrictions or suspension.
